This red steamer is made with a combination of peppermint & white mint essential oils, giving you an invigorating time in the shower. Directions: Remove the protective wrapping and dispose of the plastic consciously. Place shower steamer on the shower floor, just outside of the direct stream of water. A small amount of water is required to begin the release of therapeutic blends of essential oils, however, do NOT submerge them underwater (do not take a bath with them!!)
